Meditation Music by Tulshi Sen
In 2008 I was extremely fortunate to be able to help record meditation music created by Maestro Tulshi Sen. Each note was composed by him with the scientific understanding of how it will affect the body’s central nervous system and energy centres (chakras). I have personally been using this music to meditate daily for the last two years and I have seen directly the effect that it has had on deepening my meditation as well as helping me to relax and relieve stress. I personally recommend this music to anyone who wants to decrease the stress in their life and improve their physical and mental well being. You can leave this music on in the background while working, or you can sit and listen during periods of concentrated meditation. The audio tracks (on Consciousness Rising) are divided into six minute segments as well as 22min segments. Most tracks contain Mr. Sen’s voice repeating powerful life-affirming affirmations. There is also a 22 minute instrumental version with no voice. This version takes you on a journey through the notes that will awaken the chakras and bring peace to the mind.
